Return / Warranty Policy

Our warranty and return policies are designed with our customer’s best interests in mind. With that being said, BrosPhoneParts does reserve the right to change or modify our policies at any time. Every return and warranty claim is received, processed, and accepted on a case-to-case basis contingent on the circumstances under which the return was received. 


DO NOT INSTALL ANY PARTS BEFORE TESTING TO AVOID LOSING WARRANTY COVERAGE.

DO NOT INSTALL PARTS WITH PHYSICAL DAMAGE OR ANY KIND OF DEFECTIVENESS.

RETURNED PARTS THAT ARE NOT APPROVED WILL NOT BE SENT BACK UNLESS CUSTOMER REQUEST IT

 

Warranties

All BrosPhoneParts account holders benefit from our Lifetime Warranty on most products. If a part or tool is found to be defective (i.e., LCD malfunction), not caused by a customer, then BrosPhoneParts pledges to give you store credit for that product at no cost to you. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and testing by BrosPhoneParts to determine eligibility.  

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by our staff.
  • Accessories, electronic tools, and batteries are subject to a 90-day warranty.
  • The store credit will always be applied using the current price of the products, not the price of when you made the purchase. If you’re not okay with this, then you can request an exchange instead of store credit. 
  • Electronic devices, such as phones, tablets, etc are covered by a 60-day warranty.
  • If our warranty stamp is removed, the warranty coverage is automatically voided. 
  • Policy abuse: happens when the customer returns over 25% of the total of parts they ordered in a period of 90 days.


Replacements (Defective or Error)

  • When wanting to replace a part that is defective or received the wrong part by error, you should purchase the part again and contact customer service to request FREE SHIPPING, then send the other part back for store credit. 


Warranty / Returns For Local Delivery

  • When the returned part is given physically to the diver, it takes 24 hours for the return department to receive it, which means the customer will receive the credit 48-72 hours after handing it to the local delivery driver. 
  • We do not accept exchanges on parts under $100 dollars. 
  • Exchanges are allowed only on parts over $100 dollars, and if the part is considered to be broken or shows any physical damage caused by the customer, then they’ll be charged for that part later on.



Returns on defective or used parts

Returns are an inevitable part of this business.  After many years as a small retailer dealing with large wholesalers we grew to despise many of their return policies. That's why here at Bros Phone Parts, we don’t believe in “Re-Stocking Fees”. That's right, you handle the shipping, and we handle the rest. 

  • All parts, tools, and accessories are subject to a 30-Day Return Policy.
  • Any item received over 30 days ago is no longer eligible for return.
  • We provide shipping labels for all returns, and shipping costs are simply deducted from the remaining store credit after the part is received by us. 
  • Parts with physical damage will not be covered by our warranty, this can include blank screens, no image, broken glass, broken flex, broken frame and more. 
  • All customers are required to cover shipping *both ways on all non-defective product returns. 
  • We do not process exchange or refunds; if you ordered the wrong parts or no longer have a need for them, you must return the parts and then utilize the resulting credit to order the new ones. 
  • Only 3 days' notice allowed for broken or defective parts by the factory. Meaning when the customer receives a broken part, they have 3 days to notify it to us to be able to have warranty coverage if the return department doesn’t discover any physical damage caused by installation. 
  • If you received a defective part, installed it on the device, and then broke it when installing the Warranty coverage is automatically voided. 
  • SERVICE PACK SCREENS do not have a warranty after installation, please test before installing. 
  • All returns will be credited within 48 hours of the package arriving at our processing facility. Guaranteed.
